What to Bring
Members are encouraged to bring water, wear comfortable attire, and use appropriate footwear for safety and comfort. Optional personal equipment, like mats or straps, may be used if approved by the trainer.
Session Structure
Each group session begins with a check-in and warm-up, moves through the programmed workout under instructor guidance, and ends with stretching and feedback opportunities. Questions are welcomed before, during, and after each session.
Participation Policies
Sessions run at set times, and attendance is always optional. Members are expected to inform trainers of injuries or limitations before class starts so adaptations can be provided. Harassment or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
Studio Etiquette
Participants should respect the shared space, avoid monopolizing equipment, and clean up after use. Punctuality is appreciated but late arrivals are accommodated when possible by supportive staff.
Safety and Health Guidelines
Every group session is led by certified trainers who are responsible for monitoring member safety. We use techniques and equipment appropriate for various ability levels, and instructions are adapted for those with injuries or special requirements. Members are encouraged to disclose any health issues or recent changes that might affect participation. Equipment is regularly cleaned, and attendance is limited when needed to allow personal space. We promote open communication so issues—discomfort, fatigue, or pain—can be addressed quickly and appropriately. Before attending, consult your physician if you have existing health concerns. Results may vary with activity, consistency, and individual factors.
